Company Profile
  • In addition, Our Implementation Methodology provide quality checklists at two levels, the project level and the process level. At the project level, project managers use stage-based quality checklists to continuously monitor the health and quality of their projects. These checklists are focused on the key deliverables that are completed during a particular stage of work. For example, the quality checklist that supports the Design phase asks the following questions about the User Interface Design: Have user interface standards been defined? Has a user interface prototype been developed? Has the prototype been reviewed by users? What were the key findings from these sessions? How were the resulting issues and risks addressed?
  • At the process level, practitioners use more specific checklists to make sure they are thinking about, and executing, the right things when they do their work. For example, an application designer would use the Application Operability Checklist to think about the factors that will influence the operability of an application.
  • The methods provide additional content to ensure high quality results. At the beginning of a project, the team creates a Quality Management Plan. The Quality Management Plan defines how the project will implement peer reviews and other quality checkpoints, all of which are called out as specific steps in the methodology. The methodology also instructs the team to create an overall Test Strategy as well as an individual Test Approach for each type of test (e.g., component test, assembly test, performance test and product tests). In addition to the processes and deliverables that are focused on quality, the methods provide numerous guidelines and techniques.
